Before I give you the recipe here is a little story about it:
When my sister and I where little...
Insert embarasing childhood picture... DONE
Insert embarasing childhood picture... DONEDear Big Sister, I just posted a picture of you on my blog, why? because I can, THAT is why!
Ok, lets go on... so when we where little we used to go with my mom to the hair salon (Mecho's), and one lady there used to sell the best blondies EVER!
Back in those day I had no clue the name was blondie so I just called them white brownies.
I've been experimenting to find the recipe of those blondies and today, because of lack of ingredients I found it, so here it is.
Ingredients
-1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
-1 tablespoon of milk
-1 cup of brown sugar
-1 egg
-1 cup of flour
-1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon of salt
-1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
-1 teaspoon of almond extract
-2 tablespoons of chopped nuts (your choice of nuts and optional)
Just mix all of the ingredients and pour on a greased pan (the batter will look weird so dont worry about it.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Allow to cool before you unmold and enjoy!!!

Sounds wonderful. It looks like something yummy for Luca and I to make tomorrow as it is a Luca and mommy day. :-)
Thanks for sharing. I hope you are enjoying every minute of your vacation!
Me hubieras preguntado, yo tengo una receta buenisima, voy a tratar la tuya this weekend & te digo que tal.
I also call them Mecho's White Brownies! (I've come to learnt they are actually called Blondies but I like the "original" name better)
(PS. I am not mad about the picture, lovely kid sister.
These look so yummy!
My boyfriend has never been of fan of chocolate (he's a wierdo), so maybe I can make these for him instead!
Looking forward to reading more of your recipes! I love baking too!
